KZ Coyote outside stove gas connection

My 2004 20C has an outside gas stove; the stove connects to the main camper gas supply with a 3-4' hose from the stove to a quick connect up under the camper. Has anyone put a short extension from the camper supply quick connect and route it up to the stove compartment which would avoid having to almost crawl under the camper to connect the stove? Where/what would be the best way to route this extension?
