2014 KZ GoldRush tire size is 235/80r16 anyone know what size valve stem to use? diameter... www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LAJTEFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1For use with .453" and .625" rim holes. I used these when I installed Saliun tires on my 17 DG 366FBT about a month ago. Solid valve stem, no issues yet. They come with rubber bushings for both common size valve stem holes. Arrived in a couple days from Amazon, and were a great price. Cave

I had Provider E rated and went to the Sailun G rater for Peace of mind. Blow outs cost a lot more than a 700 set of new tires. I ordered them Online from Simple Tire and had a local shop mount them and the new valve stems. Cave

If it came with E rated tires the stems should be metal.

If it came with E rated tires the stems should be metal. We're talking factory tires, here, not what "should" be installed. Lyle

I don't see any manufactures opening them selves to the liability of improper stems, even if they are trying to cut costs. I'm sure they know it's cheaper than a law suit. www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/techpage.jsp?techid=208

Edd When we bought our G384RLT it did not have metal valve stems only rubber with our Provider E rated tires which was rated at 85psi. I changed them to metal shortly after we had the trailer an then last year before we went to the rally got Sailun G rated tire's ... They put rubber stems on the 100psi Sailun G rated tires, said they were new kind of rubber valve stem, I told them I didn't care how good of rubber it was I wanted metal an made them change them out ... Went to pick up trailer an seen the rubber one an walked right back into service desk an told them about it, gal said the rubber ones would hold, I said then put them on your trailer but not mine Ugh!!!
