One of my folding chairs broke during normal use. I use it to work at the fold down desk area on my laptop and set down one day and portion of leg broke. Should I contact KZ directly or go through my dealer? I would prefer to just handle directly to remove middle man. Regards Ron

It is always best to work through your dealer for warranty repairs first. Circumventing the system my cause you more grief than you may care to deal with. Calling KZ customer service should be used as a last resort or when warranty repairs are needed and you are far from your selling dealer.
That being said and I don't know exactly what your situation is you can also lot for a trip to KZ and receive factory service with an appointment of course. Or come to the rally this summer and try that way.
Even though it may be tough always keep a level head when discussing repair matters with anyone, sugar will always get better results that vinegar.
