Does anyone have any information to help with unfreezing the water lines?? Should the water pump make a loud noise? should I have the water tank heater on?

also the fan on the propane heat is making a "noise" and there is a funny smell coming from it...

Turn the pump off it is probably running dry. The heater will smell the first couple times it's used and the fans are not quite.
