I was told I could not have an slide top awning on my dinette slide because of the awning that is placed there. Is this true? I saw another model at the dealer that had the same awning I have and it had a slide topper on it. Is the dealer just saying this so they don't have to do some work or is it true? Would really like the slide topper to keep rain and debris off the top of slide. Thank you.

The way the slide is designed with the dining room windows being so tall when the awning option is ordered there is no room for the anchors for the slide topper, That being said you may find someone who will try to attach them. On the new 2019 Gold models (the white ones as opposed to the ivory) the slides have been redesigned with different windows and it may now be possible.

My 2018 366FBT is in the shop now for warranty work and a few extras - one being slide toppers for all three slides. The dealer hasn't indicated that adding slide toppers would be a problem so I'm interested in how they work it out. Will let you know.

Looking at the new 2019 Durango Golds this past week the Windows seem to be smaller an the awning lower over the door an windows in the passengers side slide ... Not say it is an I did not measure such but I believe you could have put a slide topper on without any problems at least on a G382MBQ, they did not have any G384RLT's in stock so could look at any of them to see Safe Travels Chuck

Took me awhile to realize I hadn't responded to this thread, but the dealer was able to install slide toppers on all three slides on my G366FBT
