Just saw orange mold and damp carpet in dinner table slide. Repair people coming out monday for other issues. Anyone had this happen. 2019 385fl. Little concerned.

Ouch! Leaking window, leaking slide seals, leaking slide roof come to mind first off. Been having lots of rain? I'd be a =lot= concerned!

I would think leaking window, but also possible moisture from window if your not living in it all the time ... Also I know that when we pull in our passengers side slide in since we do not have a slide topper on that slide we will get a very small puddle of water from the top ... Nothing to do with the slide seals being bad, it just a small run off from the roof ... When the slide is open we do not have any water puddles, just when we close such after a heavy rain ... Ty. I we live in it full time. Dealer is being less than helpful. We have mobile guy coming Monday so hopefully its a easy fix since if rv goes in shop we have to stay in hotel. I am going to check seals Saturday and look for obvious issues. I am shocked that a new unit is doing this but I understand stuff happens. And yes had lot of rain recently with wind.

You know the true feeling about you as a customer now from your dealer, I can't say that about Kz as a Mfg....
They have bent over backwards for a number of us, including replacing front caps when needed, stoves, trim, chairs, slide toppers, counters, TV antenna's under warranty an helped others with parts for nothing at
national rallies ...
Ninty five percent of the repairs I have seen is of stuff that was put into the trailers an not the trailer it's self,
yes there have been things wrong with trailers as well but Kz has stepped up an fixed those issues to the point od even tranporting the trailer back to them to be fixed ....
If course there is always that one percent who are never satisfied an who complain if they were even given a
new trailer do to the fact they would find something wrong with it LOL ....
I hope they find your problem an it's a small repair, please let us know how it turns out an don't forget to post over in the good an bad dealers section on your dealer after all repairs an such are done so other know about them
Safe Travels

Well KZ shot down mobile service. So I have an appt to drop off friday am and pick up at 4:30 pm. Its aggravating at best but hopefully it will be fixed. We are taking it to closest dealer who sells kz products just not durango line.

Actually -- we've had mobile service working on various issues this summer on our brand new unit and now it is in the shop to have the issues fixed correctly. Mobile service is great for small minor things but for 'big' things taking it in is probably the better route to go. Ask me when we finally get our unit back if I'm right or not! Good luck on your repair.

Took rv to a kz dealer not one I bought from. They fixed all issues in one day and ordered 2 new side panels to replace water damaged ones. Will take back when parts arrive to finish work. Wish this place handled durango line.

Well got new slide walls installed. No leaks and had heavy rain last night. Only complaint is sloppy workmanship. Does no one have pride?

Well felt dampness after a rain. Called KZ they think it’s the window on side of slide. They are gonna order window wall carpet and floor. I hope this fixes it.

KZ is having a supervisor and a lead tech from factory put together a repair plan. That they will communicate to dealer. I am hoping that a solution is finally at hand.
