Bought our 2018 KZ 364BH back in July 2018. We are living in it since and starting to see a few issues. Love it overall.
- List item 1 Front Gary water tank leaks when it gets full, since we are in a park just leaving handle open.
- List item 2 Awning control problems, dealer replaced controller board.
- List item 3 After using the fresh water tank I drained it. Hooked back to park water via hose and faucet. Now somehow the water is escaping into the fresh tank and refilling it. Maybe stuck valve in water pump?
Thanks for welcomes and any advise on the water tank.

Sorry to hear about the problems your having  There has been a major problem with the new awnings from LCI, water getting into the controllers on the outside arms an thus the awning not working at all or just working from inside an not outside.... This seems to be a ongoing problem across the board with LCI, not sure if their has been a fix yet ...
On the fresh water tank as you stated sounds like a fresh water valve is sticking, the valve in
the pump may simply have some debris in it. Try cycling the pump a number of times to flush out the
valve. If that doesn't work replacement the pumper or if under warrnty have dealer replace such along with fixing your gray water tank problem

Not sure on the water leak on the gray tank, drop the coroplast and see what you can see when it's convenient. On the fresh water tank, did you get all the valves reset in the control panel from the fresh tank to city water?
