My family & I are coming to the US from Australia in March 2014 to purchase a Travel trailer & vehicle to travel for 6 months all over your great country & after 12 months of research think we may have finally found the lay out we are after, the 240BHS. We have 3 kids & didn't want anything too big. KZ seem to have a good reputation, is this true? Are the majority of you KZ owners happy with your purchases & customer service?, After sales & warranty service? etc. etc. I ask because I sent an e-mail to KZ with a few questions over 2 weeks ago & haven't had a response. (Not a good start).
Also what type of vehicle would be appropriate to tow a TT of this size?
We also hope to bring it home to Oz with us when we are finished.
