Greetings all, I’m looking at traveling to the Denver area during the first week of the year. I was thinking of staying near Denver and driving the 4x4 truck into the mountains to take my daughter snowmobiling. Can anyone give suggestions on how the 2019 380FLF in low temperatures. I’m already planning to have a set of chains for trailer and truck. I purchased the DG because it was well insulated, but thought I would check with other owners. I plan to get heated hose but plan to feel fresh tank and use it verses having water on all the time and only open black or grey to dump and otherwise keep closed. Will I have issues around water inlet panel with need for light or small heater? Can I leave heater on low and water heater on while traveling 4-6 hours? All suggestions appreciated
Regards, Ron

I just came from CO where nights were mid 20's. Keep the heat on, your 380FLF should have an electric fire place. I leave mine on and set the heater at 65 just in case the electric can't keep it that warm. The heater is on traveling. I never leave city water connected, fill the tank and use the pump, refill as needed. All the drain valves are above the insulation & the water controls are in the heated under belly. Not sure if your F350 has the block heater, if it does carry and extension cord so you can plug into the 5W or pedestal. If you need chains it's time to park, I just crossed Wolf Creek in 4" early this week.
If your full time in a CG for the winter, I would shirt the outside with something, straw bails if you can.
