Hello all, Just wanted to introduce ourselves to the KZ owners forum. We're Vic+ Jennie from NH. We just bought a new KZ Sportsmen 14RB yesterday and should have it within a week or two. We still have to have the hitch installed on our tv. We recently sold our Discovery class A diesel pusher and just wanted to get back to basics. The KZ line seemed to be well built for the money, and had the right weight for us to be safely within our tow limits. We look forward to spending time here and talking with other KZ owners Vic + Jennie

Thanks for the welcome. We decided to upgrade to the KZ Sportsmen 170 in order to have a little more elbow room. They are telling us we should have it in 2-3 weeks. We had to order it, as they didn't have one on the lot.
We can't wait to get it !!

Well we wound up buying a Spree Escape 170 and are very glad we made this choice Our dealer couldn't give us a delivery date on the Sportsmen we had ordered. In the meantime they had just gotten the Spree in stock. We decided to go for it, as it has a slide out and is perfect for us. Overall quality seems a tad better, and this one has a full bathroom ect. We haven't camped in it yet [ only in the driveway] but so far we are very pleased with our new toy lol. Vic

Congratulations to Vic & Jennie, also bigdaddynj on your new KZ Purchases... I hope you have as much enjoyment with yours as we have our 5th Wheel. KZ has been a great company for us... service before and after the sale has been 2nd to none. We have been a proud owner of ours since 2000.
Have a great 2013 Camping Season!!!

Hello all, We are Doug & Joan from WNY. Just bought an E202S Escape Spree. Our friends have a Spree 5th wheel and we liked it. I want to ask a question about the bathroom shower. Not sure how to ask a question. TNX

I just bought a 2006 Jag 32JSS Owner first time owning a camper. Love this camper! Is there a reason why if you run the ac very cold it freezes up so easy?

Welcome! We have been RV-ers for near 20 years now. Started with a 1985 22' Komfort, traded up to a 24' 2000 Fleetwood Mallard, to just two months ago got a KZ Spree 323CSS with slide outs! So far we love the thing, have had it out once to commercial campgrounds, and once out dry camping (No hook ups, using battery, and water from the tanks, etc). We have had some minor issues with trim coming loose and the stablizer scissor jacks snapping off. But KZ and our dealer have taken care of all the issues. When buying a new RV we expected to have some bugs to work out. Best thing you can remember is towing a trailer is like it going through an earthquake each time it moves. If you come to expect little issues it makes camp life a lot easier. So far we feel the Spree is a quality product. Will give it a good test here in a couple weeks! Cant wait!

Hi, all hope I'm in the right place for a Question , We are new KZ owners, have bought a 97 Sportsman Classic, the owner used it on oil rigs for he pc. He was what you call a tool pusher. They never used the water system in it. It has a few problems but not to bad for what we paid. What I need to now is where can a person find a manual for these T.T. ? the heater is under the couch. I have to replace one of the vent tubes, The only way I can see to get to it would be to pulled the converter out under the closet. which is next to the couch, plus I have to work on the draw under the closet anyway. Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi donb,
Welcome!!!!
We hope you will enjoy your KZ as much as we like our Spree. I don't have any suggestions on your problem but if you don't get a response in a day or so I suggest you should re-type your request for info. in the Sportsman section. Most of us who check the site often, if not daily, check all the new posts but it wouldn't hurt to target the trailer group you have. Take time to read lots of the other sites....many great thoughts and ideas.
Also, keep checking the Rally site when there are new posts. We were part of the first rally last year in October, we had a great time and made new KZ friends. There are 2 rallies planned for 2014 one in Michigan...possibly in July and one in October....possibly in the Gatlinburg, TN area. Keep in touch....the people on the forum are great people.
Happy Camping.

Vic and Jennie, we also live in NH. We feel the sportsmen 200 is the best camper for us, after doing the research for the past 2 years. We are limited to 3500 lbs. We already have 5 trips booked for this summer. This winter has been brutal and I am looking forward to the nicer weather and enjoying the new camper. Rose and Mike Happy Camping!!

mrck2853 We wound up buying the Spree and just love it. It's just the 2 of us most of the time and with the dinette slide out, is plenty roomy for us. Seems to tow well and is little to no maintenance. Your right about this winter ! Can't wait to get camping again. Hope you enjoy your new camper as much as we do ours!!
