Hi all,
I have a badly cracked vent hood exhaust, not to mention it’s missing the damper to keep bugs and dirt out. Any suggestions as to where to order? Camping world can’t help.

Exterior vents this are somewhat generic, so with some dimensions in hand your local dealer should be able to find one.

juzueta It sounds as if it is the side vent for exhust from you stove, if so contact your selling dealer as nvguy stated or any Kz dealer they should be able to get you one ... Be aware it may take some time depending on the age of your trailer or if they have one in stock ... Now days even the RV industry uses supply an demand to keep their bottom line down, so if they are not building the model of your trailer they may have to order such from the MFG who made such taking up to a month an sometime two to get a part ... Also you might try RV junk yards or what is called RV surplus stores where they buy up the surplus from MFG after they quit building certain models of trailers, www.rverscorner.com/RV_Salvage_by_state.htmlSafe travels Chuck

There are only a few kinds of vents, just get the make and model of your current hood and search online. There is no reason that it should take more than a few days to have one in your mailbox.

Why not just go to a local dealer? My local RV parts guy will match or get close enough to on line pricing to make it worthwhile.
