Our 2015 KZ Sportster had a bedroom slide motor that failed last week. Our documentation say the access is under the bed and the posted docs on the KZ website also say "under the bed". We looked....not there! The slide is "IN" and we finally found the motor behind the slide but it is terribly hard to access! Any advice or documentation for replacing the motor would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you have the Schwintek motors, they are known to fail. Here's a video how to replace youtu.be/DviEbWT3lUo

We had to call Lieppert to find out how to get to the motor because the bedroom slide is IN. Now I realize that is usually a good thing when having to repair a slide but in our case it is IN and we have no way to get to the motor. We watched the YouTube video from Lieppart and still cannot locate the control box for the motor. Any ideas on where to look? Again -- we have a 2015 KZ Sportster Toy Hauler and it is the bedroom slide that is broken.

Normally you can use a tool to move them.
