Dinette table how does it convert to bed?

Hi there, just bought a 2008 Inferno. I’m not new to camping, this is our 3rd camper, so I’m familiar with how to convert dinettes into beds, but this one has me stumped. The table is just shy of reaching the pieces of wood mounted along the inside of the seating area. So the only thing I can think of is that instead of resting on the wood, the table is supposed to be set into 3 smaller poles when used as a bed? Meaning those poles are missing and I need to get some. But there’s also a problem with the cushions, the back rest ones are sewn to the dinette so they can’t be repurposed for the bed, so I’m also believing I’m missing a spare cushion? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
