Has anyone with a Durango have issues with fiberglass cracking? My 366 is only 18 mo. old, we are on our second fiberglass crack. Same spot and on opposite side structure is showing signs of stress. Comes to find out frame from wheels to rear end is UNLEVEL. Fiberglass shop where repairs were made 1st time did some investigating and this is their findings.
How does this happen I guess some inspector wasn't doing there job that day.
What was the fix for your rig ? I now have flooring issues also being caused by the sides. Keep being told a Nick fellow with KZ is suppose to get with repair shop. Haven't heard from him yet. 2 weeks and counting.

Take it to a heavy duty truck/trailer shop and have it properly inspected. While there, get an estimate on repairs. What you describe is not a job for amateurs.

Before any of this call LCI at Customer service an get a service/repair number, thus your trailer is in their files ... Also call Kz Customer service an ask for either Mark or Eric, they are the service reps at the Kz factory ... I also agree with lynnmor either have your dealer ship your trailer back to Kz an have LCI inspect it or have a heavy duty truck shop look at your frame at your expense an go from there with the finding to Kz an LCI ... But again I will tell you Kz will ask you if you have a service number from LCI before they do anything, I know I been there an got the T-Shirt ...
Good Luck Chuck

The fiberglass shop that did repairs 1st time contacted Lippert. After weeks of not knowing. Finally !!!!!
Lippert techs will be here Tuesday to check and fix frame issue. A work repair number was given to the fiberglass shop by Lippert.
I hope all goes well as once that issue is fixed then repairs can start on inside. Floor has line intentions where slides pass over. Maybe this will also correct the slide out seals. Every time I head on a trip the seals rip away.

This was one year ago ... what was done to your frame? Is it fixed now?
