When I purchased our 2018 Durango Gold 384 in March 2018, I didn't receive any remotes for the fireplace . I was wondering if the dvd/radio came with a remote. I have talked to kz about the missing fireplace remote. Thanks, Jerry

We have remotes for TVs (living room and one for bedroom tv), sound bar, dvd player, fireplace, and one each for the fantastic fans.

We have also have all the remotes. Silly question - but did you check the package that the fireplace remote instructions came in? It is a very, very small remote. You may not have noticed it. Just a thought.

After taking delivery of our 318RLT We also did not receive the remote for the fireplace. After calling our selling dealer ,the company finally sent us ours. Since his was the first brand new one, I neglected to check to see if there was one at our delivery. I would think that any competent dealer would have made sure to make this process a smooth, and satisfying one, not a "discovery" one. Call your dealer and insist that they send you one. Your dvd/radio probably has a cell phone app, not sure. Good Luck!

I have to say that during your PDI you should have ask the Tech to show you how the TV an Fireplace worked, thus you would have discovered that you had them missing ... I agree the dealer should have noticed they were missing as well or possibly they put such away for safe keeping an forgot to put them back into the trailer for you ... You would not believe the sticky fingers people have walking thought trailers when looking ... I would not call Kz, all they will say is call your dealer an ask for such Safe Travels an Happy Glamping Chuck Ugh something to add to the PDI list LOL
