When we purchased Durango Gold 384 in March 2018,we didn't receive a remote control for the fire place. I was wondering if the radio/dvd/sound bar should come with a remote control. Thanks, Jerry

I bought a 384 in April. It came with the 2 TV remotes, a fireplace remote, and a stereo/cd player remote. If you have the long soundbar, you have a different setup than me, so I'm not sure about what you should have. I'd sure check with the dealer.

By the way, this thread should be under the Durango folder.

Sorry about posting on wrong site. The sound bar is a raido/dvd with two rectangles speakers, not really a sound bar.

Yeah, that's what I have... the 2 speakers, one on each side of the cd/dvd player. So, yes you should have a fireplace remote and a cd/dvd remote in addition to the 2 tv remotes.

As stated in the other thread, look in your plastic package the fireplace manual came in, it's very small an may be in that .. Or look in the bin between the theater seats, it may be in there ... Again as I have stated in the other thread the Tech doing your PDI should have shown you that the fireplace worked an how it worked Safe Travels Chuck
