I’d like to see KZ offer a “peep hole” door ... one that offers a peep hole instead of a window. The window currently offered can not be seen thru, only offers glare on the TV, and has been blocked out (by me) with foil forever.

Would that cost $$$... I doubt they will consider it, but you never know, they could start doing that one day.

Mine has the built in shade that you can pull down to block the sun or put up to see out.

Never thought of it, always look out the window dinning room window then open door if someone knocks an hold back the dogs from wanting to get out ... If you ever hear a Great Dane bark you know if it's some bad person they will not want to mess with your trailer LOL Safe Travels Chuck

I mentioned this subject to the wife thinking it might be worthwhile to add an inexpensive peephole to our door. She immediately comes back with "What for, they are down there and we are up here." It might still work but the view would not be straight on like a house. If you Google: (peephole for thin door) you can find one, or if you have a thicker door they can be found at home centers.

A peep hole may not give you the desired viewing angle although some "supposed" higher end coaches have them. I would much sooner have a window
Our coach door has a clear glass window with the slim shade.

Oh, I misread your post Ron. You are wanting no window in the door and a peep hole in its place. Yeah, that could block a lot of excess sun and heat out of the trailer.

Yeah, that could block a lot of excess sun and heat out of the trailer. Yes ... that is what I would like. My window now is frosted ... serves no purpose except to lower the insulation and let in light. A clear window with a shade would work, but what I have is pretty useless.

Here you go again ron, you should have waited a year LOL, we have the shade in our trailer door that you can pull down, but we have it pulled down all the time ...
Better ask them to change out the door next year at the rally so you have a shade in your door
Safe Travels my friend
