Hi,
Is anybody experimenting this situation?: When I start the wall mount A\C unit, I instantly smell the sewer from the toilet. If a open the roof trap or a window, it stops as it is pulling air from the easiest way in . Before I dismantle the toilet to look for a broken seal of something, any taught on this? I am surprise that the A\C is sucking air from outside. Shouldn't it be re-circling the same amount of air from inside the camper and blowing it out back in the camper cooled?? thanks

Many window type air conditioners have a vent that can be opened or closed for outside air, look to see if you have one.
If odor is coming from the toilet when you are not operating the flush valve, check to see if some water stays in the bowl. If not, the seal is bad. If the seal is good, then pull the toilet and check the seal at floor level and replace as necessary. If the above does not fix it, the vent pipe may not be sealed to the tank or not go out the roof properly.
