As a few of you know I have an electrical problem. We feel we have it diagnosed correctly but wanted confirmation and a little more information from KZ. So on the 29th I called them and left a message. I called them again on late in the day on the 30th. On the 31st I emailed and again Aug. 1st I emailed. To date I have not receive a reply in any way, whether phone or email.
I am wondering what is the normal time it takes to get a reply. Maybe I am over optimistic or maybe they are no longer offering this service. I am not really terribly upset, but was just wondering what experiences you have had, and what I can expect to happen.

It's good to hear that they finally got back with you. I know that they are short-handed right now and they usually work from 5 AM to 1 PM eastern time. They probably had to filter through all of their emails and phone calls.

I have most always had great response from Kz Customer service, they may not answer right away but be assured they will get back to you st least on phone calls ... Safe travels Chuck

There is a KZ rally going this week and many employees are there and a good portion of their techs are at the camp ground doing repairs & inspections. Those left behind are having to pick up the load of the missing.

I called KZ CS last Friday an they responded within an hour after leaving a message, so as Ed stated they will respond but it may take a bit Safe Travels Chuck
