Hello was hoping for some feedback, Looking at the above model but can't decide with the aluminum version or the fibreglass smooth surface?? I prefer the fibreglass version. I'm also a little apprehensive as I've read some bad reviews etc on the actual brand KZ, but decided to read the forums and it has since made me feel comfortable with our decision to move forward with the purchase. Great unit for the price. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2018 with metal sides and it has been Great.

hup55 If you read any of these forms you will see good an bad reviews, as well you will get good an bad trailers, what counts is the dealer you buy from ... Believe me Kz will stand behind their product an they make a pretty darn good product in most case's, so we hope you will join the Kz family
On the aluminum version vice the fiberglass either one you will have to keep an eye on seals around, windows, roof, vents etc an I believe fiberglass is easier to keep clean  Safe Travels Chuck |

i have owned both kinds but got a 2018 sportsman 241rlle with the fiberglass sides. I haven't had problems with either one i just prefer the fiberglass sides

I've only owned fiberglass sided trailers. On my last trailer that was a different brand I had a few spots with delamination. Usually this is caused by water intrusion, after sealing the leak it will always have those bubbles. That didn't stop me from buying another fiberglass sided trailer, but if I had the choice to get either on the same model trailer I would get the aluminum. I have the Sportrek Touring Edition and I'm happy with the build quality.

Metal will need waxed where the fiberglass is pretty much wash and wear.
