I'VE GOT A KZ RLLE WITH 3 STEP MANUAL FOLD DOWN STEPS. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY HAS EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. MY PROBLEM IS WHEN THE STEPS ARE OUT AND WE ARE GOING IN AND OUT WE NOTICED THAT ONE SIDE HAS MOVEMENT (SLOP) I THINK I KNOW WHATS CAUSING IT. ONE SIDE OF STEPS IS NOT RESTING ON SUPPORT BAR. THERE IS A FRICTION OF AN INCH SPACE BETWEEN STEP AND BAR HOW WOULD YOU GO ABOUT FIXING THAT

Pictures would help, but if the gap is underneath, there is probably a broken or missing weld, if it's where one step folds down around the one above it, the steps are probably bent. Some pushing & prying with a long 2X4 will probably get things where they should be. Might take two guys, one holding, the other bending.
