My old fifth wheel gets kinda shakey most of the time, I always kinda thought those tripods you see were a scam, but, I'll try anything. DO they help? Thanks.

Yes they do work and guess what I have one for sale. You may also want to try those scissor type wheel chock. they will also help. Nothing and no combination of things will totally get rid of the wobble. But you can make it livable.

Cool thanks. How much? My Daughter-in-laws Father also has one for sale. Never really thought it would do much though, nice to know!

Ask your daughter-in-law if you can borrow her dad's tripod during your next trip to check it out.

I have one as well, it's sitting in the garage, tried it a few times an didn't think it helped, to me it was just one more thing to put out an take down with little help ... I do use the X cocks on the wheels an put blocks under the stabilizers to shorten the stroke ... Not saying it won't help you, as johnr stated, ask to use one a couple of times an see what you think ... Others as you have read like them an I am knocking them, we just don't use one any more Safe travels

I think JT strongarms do a much better job. Just my 2 cents.
