If you call Lippert with the frame number, perhaps they can help. The number is usually in the tongue area. If they have no parts, a good machine shop can make them for you. The pin might be a common spring pin available at any good hardware store. I can’t see the issues well on this phone, so I may not know the entire problem.

Would they use a shear pin similar to what you'd find on a snowblower or boat motor?

Call Lippert, we had a new unit that had the same issue, the whole slide out motor system will need to be replaced
