My Slide fouled up

Hello, I have a 2002 KZ New Vision 5th wheel. It has a living room slide and a bedroom slide. My living room slide stopped going in and out. It's currently in the out position. Thankfully its at my shop and not at a campsite somwhere. The motor is still good. The problem is a pin that holds the gears in place has sheared. The other problem is I nor my local rv shop can not find a set up like i have for replacement parts as the rod is tweaked a bit so i can not get the gears off. Its also not a bolt on type unit like i can find on the interweb. If anyone has any insight for replacement parts i would so greatly appreciate it. Ill post some pics of what i have at the bottom. The only units i can find have ears on either side that bolt on and my unit does not do this. I called the KZ customer service and the directed me to lippert and that is the units with the ears that i do not have.
