I have a a Durango 281 RLT and the “one control” system. Under the light partition the only option is cap light. Whether I touch the panel and the letters turn red or touch again and the letters turn white, the cap light will not illuminate. It is not a fuse issue. The “on” is illuminated. Don’t really want to take in as service this time of year is busy. If anyone has had this type of issue and worked through it, any insight is appreciated.

Download the “One Control” app onto your phone or iPad and try it that way.

Chuck what upgrade are you talking about. I see nothing different with this download. What is available for your MyRV one control tablet and your app for you cell phone is all dependent on what is originally wired into the MyRV controller and the programing it has. You can't change that by downloading an app.
Or maybe I'm not understanding your statement.

This upgrade was on the APP has been out for some time, so this upgrade would be for owners who had not
downloaded such ever or downloaded such in 2017 ...
DISCLAIMER:
This upgrade has nothing to do with your "one touch control", control panels in your RV only on your
phone
