Looking to purchase the sportster 260th but noticed large gaps between the floor and the rear door especially in the corners. Why would they leave such a gap in that it's 1 inch X 3 inch. The area under the door has a bulb seal but I am very concerned about bugs, rodents, and the integrity. Has anyone else noticed this? There are two rigs here that are the same.

I have a 24' Sportster, and I have no such issues.

Here is a response from one dealer about the gaps between the rear ramp door at the bottom corners where the floor meets the door frame. I also asked why the rear roof corners aren't glued down like the earlier models.
"I actually talked to my rep from KZ and the back door and floor wasn’t supposed to be like that. One of our units had the one inch gap on the right side, but the left side was not. I looked on our second unit, and it was not like that. So they gap is not supposed to be on there in the back, but the roof corners are how they make that. Thanks for your patience, let me know if you have any other questions. If you are really interested in the unit, we can do our best to make the best deal."
At least they acknowledged it but not sure if a repair is needed...
I really like the 260th floorplan and dry weight, however the max carrying capacity is way too low at 1635 lbs. Does anyone here own one of these and haul a side by side in it? I'm curious if you've had any issue with tire wear or trailer sway?

Just to follow up - I ordered the 260TH Sportster end of Aug 2018. It came in Late Dec 2018 and when the dealer called to notify me, I obtained the VIN to purchase insurance. That is when I discovered the model number I received was the 280TH not the 260TH. I immediately called the salesman for an explanation. He stated KZ stopped making the 260TH model so he ordered this in its place for no extra charge. I like the extra room and capacities although the extra exterior length makes it hard to park in areas I visit. I can't believe the dealer didn't notify me of this change until it arrived, that's just crazy!
After having the 280TH for over a year and a half I really like it, unfortunately however there has been some issues like most RVs and a couple not so common. I now have two areas that are delaminating (posted in another thread), hopefully the repairs by an independant collision center will be done well.
