Due to the slope our drive way I have a problem with dragging the rear frame tips when going up into the driveway. I encountered this with my 36 foot fifth wheel so when I purchased the Venom 4114TK this spring I knew it was going to be even worse. So before even leaving the dealership this spring I had casters welded on(7.5 inch mounted height). The first trip in was perfect when we brought it home. After getting it all outfitted and the side by side UTV loaded this past week end we pulled out on our first trip to do a shakedown cruise to ensure all systems worked and enjoy a week off @ the ocean. It was great. Upon return we SLOWLY pulled up the driveway the left caster collapsed and gouged out the asphalt and kinda bent the frame tip. Clearly the casters were not rated for the weight with the UTV loaded. I have been shopping for 2+ ton all steel wheel casters thinking that they need to be shorter like maybe 5 inch mounted height. Not having any luck finding that size with the weight rating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The frame was not designed to carry that considerable weight on a corner, I would never use those casters. If you could build temporary wood ramps to put in place when needed might be the solution.
