My dealer got those for me and was able to hit the 12"x12" plywood backer exactly, I used lag screws about 1-1/2" long.

Is the sticker on wall the center of 12x12 backer board? Not always* Don't trust the sticker to be exact, they just throw that on there, mine was in the lower-right corner of the 12x12 board

Can anyone put the measurements for the backer board? I just purchased a 2018 sportsmen 241rlle. Also anyone using satellite tv? Do I have to reconfigure the coax connections? Thank you

Congratulations on your new trailer and welcome to the site.
I don't know about the measurements of the tv backer, but with a strong magnet you can probably move it around and get a good idea where the backer is. I have seen where people on this forum say that it is possible that it will not be exactly where the label is, therefore the need for a strong magnet to determine the exact location before you make any holes in the wall.
As for the satellite, if the trailer has a satellite and cable connection on the outside, there SHOULD NOT need to be any revisions necessary to make it work. But there have been times (like on my previous KZ trailer) where the coax cables were switched at the factory and had to be done correctly.

I’m confused on the magnet part? Should I not use a stud finder or are they metal studs? If so what screws should I use?

I've never mounted a tv, but I was under the impression that there is a metal plate behind the wall to mount the tv on. I could be wrong.

Sheet metal is installed under the paneling on OUTSIDE walls of smooth side trailers for mounting a TV. Interior walls may have plywood or wooden studs. Use a magnet on outside walls and you might get lucky using a stud finder on interior walls.

Thanks to all who replied! I have already tried the knock knock and didn’t work. Just using a small drill bit. I’m setup at KOA so no stud finder. Going no back to dealer this morning to get some help. Just hope to mount it before we leave lol

Well dealer was not a lot of help even though I just bought it from them. Gotta love it!!! I have called 3 times and left a voicemail for KZ and no response from them. Makes me wonder if they even are a good company. I find that the manual doesn’t have a section on mounting a tv either. Waste of paper. Done venting now I’m going to enjoy myself and
