I had my recall parts installed before I left for vacation. I am not real confident that the problem has been taken care of. Time will tell. I think it is a bad design on these awnings. Not to mention that you can't tilt them down to block the sun. They can only be straight out which don't do any good if the sun is going down on that side of the trailer.

Which is why I'm NOT a fan of the electric awnings. That, and the relative fragility of them, compared to manuals. Lyle

Nope. Probably won't either. If we ever do I'll be sure to update this. On the bright side, they did fix everything else. We love the camper. Just hated the hassle of having to fix things on a brand new camper.

Ok kathyed Well keep looking, we discovered at the rally we had a water leak last Saturday, between Edd505, Ronc an I we determined it was a loose filter bowl going to the water pump that had come loose ... Of course I had to take all the stuff out or the passengers side of the storage area, then take part of the wall down, but after that it was pretty simple repair ... So as stated before your trailer is a earthquake rolling down the HWY at 65mph in our case so anything can happen or come loose ... Just this past week I bought the MorRyde SRE4000 Suspension System an wet bolt heavy duty shackle kit to
trying an dampen the earthquake LOL, we will see... Others have bought the independent suspension from MorRyde an swear
buy it, others swear buy the LCI suspension an pin box setup so I guess it's one have dozen or the other Good Luck again on finding the leak an safe travels Chuck

FINALLY found the leak. It did it again this weekend only a little worse then before. The technician had left the barn door loose on the island so this time when I looked I saw where the water was coming from. Yup, the water hose to the dishwasher. I'm guessing the hose clamp isn't doing it's job. Got a call into the dealer with what I've found.

That's good that you found the problem... too bad you had to do the troubleshooting for the service guy.
