Brought a new Connect, found out the brochure said it had a smart arm awning. Received a recall on it , but it's not the one. Checked factory paper and the numbers don't match. Has anyone had problems like this? Dealing will look into this and order the right awning with smart control.

If you have the Solera Smart Arm Awnings, chances are you have the one with the issues. According to the Lippert bulletin, the ones that were having the problems with water getting in the arm and shorting them out were manufactured before March 1, 2018. Check the manufacture date of your trailer and if it's before March of 18, then your awnings are.
