Hi,
I have a KZ Spree that I've been using for 4 years with no issues, the other day all the power in the trailer was out. No lights, no heat/AC, no hot water etc. It has been plugged into a 30 amp main power for a month with no issues. The 30 amp and the 15 amp mains both work as we tested them, breakers and fuses in the trailer are all okay.
Anyone else deal with this before? Hoping its an easy fix and not a rewiring issue.
Thanks! J

Flip all breakers off and on to reset them. See if you have power at any outlet by plugging in a light. If you have power there, then check if the interior lights work and are bright. On the panel that shows water levels and battery, is the battery lights all the way full? Do you have a battery and did it supply power when not plugged in? If you have a voltmeter, we will do some more checking after the above is answered, I suspect that the converter died.

No batteries, just mains. Not outlets or lights work, everything is out - flipped all breakers in trailer and on main power source as well, didn't change anything.

In your first post you said "The 30 amp and the 15 amp mains both work as we tested them, breakers and fuses in the trailer are all okay." How did you test them? Did you test for power at each end of the cable? I had loose connections inside the twist-lock connection, so that is a place to explore, but first can you remove the cover and check for power? Here is a basic video: video

Bad pedestal? Camped with a buddy last year & no power to his class A, pedestal had lost power electrician found a bad drop after he was moved to another site. Like lynnmor said plug a light into the outlets or a 110 tester.

Remove the cover from the converter/panel. Check ALL terminations at breakers with a screwdriver (with shore power cord disconnected). Using a voltmeter, verify you have 120 volts at the incoming #10 romex wire at the panel (from shore power inlet). If you do, it is extremely unlikely for all branch circuits to suddenly not have power. There are also terminals inside the shore power inlet housing that you can check. I've found numerous bad connections in our Spree and had one wire at a breaker in the panel completely loose. There's also the possibility of a bad shore power cord or the receptacle you're plugged into. Make sure the plug blades on the cord are clean and shiny.
Lights are 12 volts DC and if not working would indicate the charger isn't working and the battery has been discharged due to lack of 120 volts to the charger/converter. Could check the voltage at the battery.

Thanks everyone - ran a voltmetre through everything. Seems like something wrong with neutral wiring as the 30 breaker has 117V from ground bar to breaker, but 0 on neutral bar to breaker.

Does the neutral function at the end of the cord? Do you have a twist-lock cord connection? My twist-lock inlet had no wires tightened from the factory.

Letting everyone know there was a fire in one of the small junction boxes due to improper wiring. This caused the outage.
