Cannot get main slide to retract. Lippert tech said use oerride buttons pn pañel by hydraulic pump panel. Unable be to locate overrides lippert tech in disbelief. Directed to use manual crank. More disbelief from Lippert since No visible buttons near slide. KZ customer service Stan could not help at all. Did not know how to find manual crank. Coach Net techs finally located it after cutting hole in under covering but crank extreme difficult to get slide moving in even with be drill. Any ideas?

Edd505, thanks for the references. Unfortunately, our problems are with the hydraulic main double slide as well as Schwintech electric slide in the bedroom. We had already tested battery and power was OK. KZ "expert" suggested looking at converter but could not tell us where it was....maybe in pantry (no!) or storage basement(no!) or behind kitchen base cabinet (remove cabinet?, rip out wall!!!!). KZ tech had no clue where solenoid or a manual override was and was rude about it also. We made a second desparate call to Lippert to ask how to relieve hydraulic pressure so we might be able to push slide in. We got to a different tech (electonics expert) who finally directed the road service techs to the panel on left side of trailer that holds the automatic leveling system. Lippert tech walked us thru the KZ wiring to locate solenoid for main slide. We had to use a 5 32nd inch allen wrench to tighten a small screw that was not labeled or identified in KV owners guides or the Lippert documentation. Then we had to switch the leveling system to "manual" mode and use manual mode to retract rear levelers. This simultaneously brought in the slides. Road techs and service manager at the St Louis area KZ dealer had never seen or heard of such a fix. We ended up cancelling our long planned trip to Yellowstone and drove 1000 miles home with bedroom slide failure unresolved, main slides retracted but basic problem not identified. We had no access to refrigerator, pantry, stove, etc. in main living area, and no access to dresser or closets in bedroom. At home, we were able to reverse the procedure to get the main slides out so we could empty refrigerator and pantry. Sure hope we can get it to retract again to take it to dealer for repairs. KZ should provide more complete and up to date documentation for servicing systems, label controls adequately, inform Lippert about how its parts are installed in KZ units, and make VERY certain that its factory service reps have full information by unit model and VIN numbers. We are NOT happy campers.

I thought I knew how to retract mine (inside the rt compartment w/battery cut out) and reservoirs in the front. Now I'll have to look before I have a problem and have to do the emergency search like you just did..
