Bought a new Connect 241RLK after testing the waters in a small used RV the last few years. Love the features and floor plan. Lots of warranty issues to get fixed at the dealer when we finish our first outing. Kitchen sink drain came apart and leaked all over the floor. Stove vent fan quit the second time we used it. Outlet in bedroom fell out on day 1. Window latches don’t all latch. DVD player won’t work. Love this rig just hope I don’t regret buying it a year from now!

That's the model we bought last fall ! I've only used it a couple of weekends so far. The only issue was the water pump they needed to replace. But we're heading out for a 2 week road trip in a few weeks so we'll see what issues pop up.

Sorry to hear about your problems, I thought possibly you would have picked up some of them when you did your PDI at the dealer thus avoiding some on your 1st trip ...
Hopefully you can get back in an have such fixed quickly, this time of year most dealers a very busy an appointments can stretch out to get in for repairs sometimes a few months

Sorry to hear about your problems with your 241RLK, we have been out camping 4 weekend so far this year, and only one problem, and it was the feed line to the toilet leaked, simply wasn’t tight enough, other then that, no problems. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we enjoy ours!

My wife and I bought a new KZ 382MBQ. We had roller shade issue and the replacement is on order. The awning smart arm controller had to be replaced. Other than that everything has been great. We are now planning our second trip, Alabama Gulf State Park. Can't wait to start making memories with all the kids/grandkids. Attachments:

Did you get a recall letter on the Smart Arm awnings? Be sure the controller(s) you had replaced are the new ones from Lippert that satisfy the recall.

We bought our 2018 C241RLK almost a year ago. Have taken 9 trips and encountered only 2 issues so far. The outdoor kitchen door leaked and the TV antenna is worthless. Added caulk to the door and that took care of the leak. Bought a $79 indoor/outdoor antenna at WM and it works better than the Jack antenna we had in our old Koala.

The recall is only for the Solera Smart Arm awnings. If you have those and the awnings were manufactured before March of this year, they should be on the recall.
