196 sink taps.

I'm looking to replace the taps in my 196s. Can anyone tell me if I can swap them out with standard taps from Home Depot etc or am I getting into something beyond the ease of changing over a standard house tap set. I pick up the trailer next month but I already know my wife hates the factory plastic taps so I know this will be on the to do list with a week of bringing it home.

And info would be great. I'm hoping to hear its a standard swap.
