Unfortunately on our last outing we had a slight incident and now need to repair our 5er. Just a small oops nothing major but need the paint code. Does anyone know where they put the sticker with the code in the unit? I have a call into customer service too.

mtcowgirl Look on the passengers side storage door, there should be, an I say should be a label on the inside of the door left upper side when open (at least on ours) that will have the paint code ... Safe travels an happy Glamping Chuck

Chuck & mtcowgirl The only thing that is painted on either one of you trailers is the front cap. The rest of the trailer is dyed gel coat fiberglass, there is no paint code. The label on the storage door is a part number for the storage door.
If you are talking about the aluminum skirting it is an anodized color much like aluminum siding it may have a color name but no paint code.
Just like the stain they use on the interior wood it is called KZ Gray try to find it.
KZ customer service may be able to help you identify the color name but I doubt that you will find a aftermarket vendor that makes the actual color. A good automotive paint shop may be able to color match it.

Thanks jetzen. We turned sharp in a campground and the corner of the front cap bumped our generator. Not a big crunch but right on the bottom corner of the cap. I'll let our bodyman know about this. He does a lot of work on semi trucks which are fiber glass too so hopefully he'll know what to do.

The black portion is what is painted on the front cap. the rest is dyed and vinyl graphics I do believe. The color of the gel coat is called Ivory, but to a paint person that means relatively little.

If you can get a small chip there are a number of places that can scan it and color match. Local auto parts does it and I was told they can put it in spray cans. Call around and see if you can find someone in your area does it.
