Hi! We have a 2018 kz Escape e191bh. Anyone know what the weight limit is for the top bunk bed? The dealership was not much help 😔

To find out the weight limit of the upper bunk on my Sportsmen TT, I contacted KZ Customer Support by email and they responded with the answer

My 07 KZ with bunks had a label on the wall by the upper bunk. Just for the heck of it, did you look on the wall behind or under the mattress to see if there is a label?

I did email the company but they have not responded. I will try again. Also I did look on walls & under mattress & unfortunatley there was no sticker. I wish the manual was better & had the information.

For what its worth, the answer I got back from KZ regarding the bunks in my TT said: The bunks in your unit should measure 50" x 75" which is our standard bunk, the weight rating on that will be 200 LBS. The contact person was Taylor Graham, tgraham@kz-rv.com

Well I finally got a response. It was not any help & I am surprised by it... "Oliver, After checking with several folks in engineering, I found that we don't offer weight restrictions on our upper and lower bunks. Thanks, Michael"

I'm quite surprised by that answer myself. I find it odd that they do not have weight limits on the bunks.
