We received a recall notice regarding a safety issue with the sofa being too tall and not allowing the emergency exit window to be accessed. I liked the couch and wasn't too concerned about the exit issue until this week. When we got to our camping site noticed the latch for the window was broken, evidently the couch had hit the latch and broke it. Without the latch the window won't stay closed. So was able to put a pillow between the couch and the window latch to keep it closed until we get appointment at the dealer to complete the safety recall. Anyone else rec'd this recall?

I've only had mine (it's a 384) about 6 weeks, but so far there have been no recalls. Hope it stays that way.

Yes I did get a recall letter. I just got mine changed out and colors don't match up with bottom sofa or recliner chairs . I was already lined up for a trip so I let my dealer know about color issue.

So did they just change out the back of the sofa for a shorter one? Still haven't changed ours out. We are heading north for a couple of months so will have to wait.

Yes the new style sofa back is shorter in height. The sofa back pulls straight up. I took mine apart. When dealer call with new one, I wrapped recall sofa back in a tarp. Put in bed of truck so I didn't have to drag camper down to dealer.
