Picking up our new 2013 36UL Thursday in Clinton Missouri @ Wilder RV first time with 5th wheel
TV is 2011 Chevy 2500HD Diesel anxious to see how our truck will handle this trailer. UVW is 11,905 dry hitch weight 2,225. Does anyone else have this match up and if so how does it pull? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Can't wait to hook up!!!

I' m pulling a stone ridge 38fl with a 2012 2500hd duramax. Almost identical weights. Mine has the 5th airbourne pin box. Pulls well, stops with authority. I have pulled several thousand miles and never felt that the truck was under powered and not in complete control. No high mountains, just smokies and ozarks, but never any problems. My. Previous rig was a 2008 duramax pulling a similar weight cardinal. Probably pulled over 20,000 miles with that truck and was well satisfied with it. I do notice the extra horsepower that the 2012 has over the 2008, and the exhaust brake is really nice. You shouldn't have any problems with your rig. ENJOY!

Thanks brmike for responding to my message I am sure glad my truck will handle my new 5Th wheel as good as you say. It is nice to know you have the same setup and it does a great job; now maybe I can sleep all night without worrying about it.  |

Looking at the control panel I see an switch for extra gray tank can someone help with that. does it have two gray tanks?

We are also owners of a 36 ul, the panel shows two grey tanks , but in fact you only have one.  |

They probaly use the same panel for all Stoneridge models. I have the rear kitchen and it has two grey tanks.

Probably the same panel for several of the 5ers. Our Durango has the same panel, only one tank.
