Has anybody ever had to reboot their leveling system?
I bought my 384RLT on April 30, set it up at home (I live in it), I hooked it up on Thursday and traveled to the campground, unhooked it on Thursday when I got there and everything was fine. I went to hook it up today and move on to the next campground and I could not "wake up" the leveling system from the outside control panel. I could never get the green light or even the red error light. I tried it from my phone and was able to lift the nose, then the app went dark and I could no longer use the phone. I had to use the inside control panel to hook up the trailer and to unhook and auto level at the next stop. I am thinking I need to reboot the system from the inside control panel. There is a message that a reboot will remove any 3rd party apps. So I know I will need to delete the app from my phone before rebooting the system, but will anything else be changed or messed up and need resetting after the reboot?
Thanks for any information anybody may have on this.

Darrel This is very strange that your inside control panel works but not your out side panel not working along with your APP ... I would start with the APP an then working my way up to major things as stated below ... I have never rebooted my system, however the other day my APP wouldn't work at all, it stated it could not find the WIFI even thought I had turned the WIFI on for that APP on my I phone, after many attempts I deleted the APP reinstalled it an everything worked again ... I seldom use the small control panel in the battery box for controlling the front leveling jacks etc, I use the outside control panel in the storage area most all the times I hook, unhook an level ... I think I would start with deleting an reinstalling the APP, then if that dozen't turn off the power, disconnect the battery for a short time an see if dozen't reboot the control panel in the storage area ... As I am sure you have already seen on the control panel there is an instruction/owners manual on either the inside or outside control panel .... I'm not sure about if there is a section in your owners manual on rebooting the system ... Good luck, lets us know what you find out, I'm sure Walter will pipe in on the subject Chuck

Odd that the outside panel and phone app both died. I would bet there is an inline fuse powering the outside control panel. Also, check available wifi units when you turn on wifi on your phone. See if yours is listed on your phone. If not, then your wifi unit is not powered up and could have a 12v issue as well. I have a different Durango model, but all my wiring and the wifi unit is exposed in the front storage area.

I spoke with Lippert today. I was on the phone for about an hour including the hold time to get the person on the phone. He was very nice and helpful but didn't really have any ideas what could be happening. I then spoke with the dealer this morning. They have the new awning modules in for my Solera Smart Arm awnings, and I will be stopping by there on Friday morning on my way back home. They will install my awning modules and check the leveling system while I'm there. I figure it's best to let them handle it since it is not even a month old yet. I'll report back with what they find out. As long as it lets me do it from the inside until I get there, I'm good with that.

I spent all day (9:00 to 4:45) at the dealer on Friday.
Leveling system -- they found a bad wire and also replaced the outside leveling control. SO FAR it is working... time will tell.
Awnings -- they replaced the modules, awnings still do not work from inside. Luckily they can be operated from the control unit outside. They worked most of the day and still have no idea what the problem is. They will be talking to KZ to see what to do. They think it is a wiring issue that will require many wall and ceiling panels to be removed. I SURE HOPE NOT.
The leveling system now works and I don't have to run in and out a bunch of times to hook up and unhook the trailer, so that's a good thing. I can live with operating the awnings from the outside.

Ok Darrel Can you operate the awning from your APP possible, glad they got the leveling system worked our, I know last year Charlies the kz tech had replaced all the hydraulic pump wiring an relay near the pump on all the Durango Golds with heaver wiring at the rally ... Hope they can figure it out for you, taking your new trailer apart may take a bit of time Ugh !!! Safe travels Chuck

Taking it all apart most likely will not happen since I live in it and they can't have it for an extended period of time. The awnings are usable, and I'd rather be outside where I can see how far they are out and not have to run back and forth to check it. Now the light above the door is another story... it is part of the wiring issue and I would like to have that working. The light is on my rally list for "the professionals" to check.
