We bought our Spree 196S a couple weeks ago. I emailed KZ customer service and asked for swatches for the trailer fabric so I could shop for bedding an everything else. I'd hate to clash!
I didn't hear back.....And then there it was in my mailbox! They sent very nice size swatches of the fabrics for me with a very nice note. I am very impressed with them!

Had issues with level panel on my Durango. Local repair said @200.00 to fix. Called Kz the lady said to check the ground wires, problem solved, $200.00 richer. Thanks Kz.

I have had awesome customer service from KZ over the 13 years I've owned our 5th Wheel. I don't think any other RV Manufacturer could hold a candle to them...

Never had luck connecting to KZ customer service. No call backs and no emails. I'll never buy another one. They obviously don't need my business.

We lost an egress window Easter weekend, we did not latch window correcltly. just assumed we woud be back in operation with in two weeks. Dropped off KZ Durngo 1500 29bh at dealr Monday April 21. No window yet dealer ordered. KZ got bought out by Thor and they closed down for inventory, I understand new company. They said it would take 2 two three weeks to get window to dealer. Well just got off the phone with Shreta at KZ they said window did come in but it would take two weeks to ship. What?? Two weeks to ship? ??I understand they are all custom made, but why can't they send Hehr window directly to Dealer? So we wait for window as the camping season starts and we cannot use our camper which gives an unhappy wife and four kids. So 3 weeks so far plus two more makes 5 plus weeks to get a window. They can build an entire fifth wheel in less time. I hope this isn't the way the company will be run as a Thor company. Any help would be much appriecated. |

you are supposed to go through your dealer NOT call KZ direct....same with any rv car or truck.

Since I bought it used, don't have a dealer. Tried to contact KZ several times
w/o response.
