I use a Playmaker and a Wally for Dish. Easy setup, but needs to connect to TV with HDMI. You might be able to find it cheaper, but this is one source: link

Thanks. Why would I need to hook in to HDMI? I have HDMI ports on the TV's, but unclear how the connections will be made. Both campers have coax ports on outside; I assume the coax fro sat unit would connect there. For the inside connection, I guess the cable would need a coax on one end and a HDMI connection for the TV end. Are these cables available? Do you mount yours on the camper roof or use a tri-pod. I thinking of using a 10-12' re-movable pole on both campers with some type of flat base at the top to mount the sat antenna too.

Just checked, plenty of coax to HDMI cables avail. Is the HDMI needed for HD service?

There is no coax output on the Wally receiver. There is a composite output that you could use to connect one TV and HDMI for another. I installed a Sewell HDMI splitter and pulled HDMI cable thru the ceiling to connect both TV's. Of course each TV would have the same satellite channel, but the roof antenna can be used as well.
You connect a coax from the dish to the receiver input with no splitters or switches.

I have the portable tailgater, many, many times trees block satylite, but with 100' of cable I can find and open view to the sky, and tune in!
