Hi After years of camping with popup trailers, we bought a 2018 Sportsmen Classic 181bhs. The floor plan is perfect for our needs and after reading a lot of reviews online, KZ seems to be a good choice. I would be happy to get any comments or tips from people here. Being new to this forum, I feel like I have hours of reading ahead  French is my first language so I’m sorry in advance for the mistakes !! Cheers |

What do you think of the aluminum roof ? I have seen good comments but also people scared about that. I only used mine a couple of times so far. thanks for your feedback. |

Ya I saw the negative review of that guy on YouTube... It's not a roof to walk on that's for sure!!
But I like that it will outlast anything on that trailer.
Maybe make sure to not have to much snow on top...

My Black tank is actually 15gal instead of 9 gals from the specs.
Essentially same as the grey tank.

I purchased a 2018 Sporttrek 343VIK Touring Edition travel trailer and have had problems piling up one after another..now after shower I enter kitchen to have water pouring out of recepticle in hutch and under cabinet. When going outside to shut water off I find a waterfall under my camper. Anyone else having problems with this? Even when you contact manufacturer no one calls or emails back..never again

Even when you contact manufacturer no one calls or emails back..never again Hummm Every time i call Kz CS during business hours someone always answers the phone The dealer you bought your trailer from should be taking care of these problems, Kz CS will ask you if you have talked with or tried to work with your dealer first, If you read you manual on your trailer it will state such ... As far as emailing them, they get numbers of emails daily I'm sure so they may miss or not even see an email from you sorting thought such at times ... I hope your problems go away an your dealer works with you to solve your problems an you enjoy your trailer in the future Chuck |

I am sure hoping not the case for all Sport Trek trailers!!
We just purchased a 2019 Sport Trek
333VRE. We were VERY disappointed in the quality of the trailer when it first got to our dealer. There was trim missing, drawers were crooked. When you pushed them in you could see the wood from onside of drawer. Bathroom sink NO hardware AT ALL for sink drain!! We left a entire sheet of paper of fixes. Our dealer does a PDI before we get to take and then our walk through..
The Shower is Crap! It is retractable, bUT is a piece of plastic that is loose and flaps around. Just crap... I will be taking it out right away if it isn't fixed.
I am new here too, so looking for other Sport Trek owners.

Sounds as if your dealer dozen't know how to do a very good PDI when receiving a trailer, otherwise they would have replaced trim, put on new hardware an fixed shower ... In fact if I were the dealer I would not have excepted such an sent it back to the factory not try to sell it to a customer, tells me allot about the dealer in a nut shell ....
