Can't say I've ever been to Lum's Pond. I have the magic number for the tour. And yes, looks like we're gonna need an appointment for service work... But thanks for the heads up!

We are considering buying a KZ Escape from Family Camping Outlet. Have you experienced good service from them?

Yes we have. We purchased our unit from Bill. He has been more than helpful with KZ and any issues we have had. The service department got us in and out. No problems what so ever. Highly recommend.
