Hello,
We have a 2015 Sportster 355th12 and love it.
We bought it used and went to utilize the fuel station on the side to fill our bike and nothing happens when we squeeze the handle. I know sounds dumb but I am lost. I checked every manual for direction and found nothing.
The tank is full as the gauge is working and our generator runs off of it.
Any recommendations?

If I insult your intelligence, I apologize, but I always start at the very beginning. Usually Fuel stations have two switches. One inside the coach, the other outside, typically near the area where the fuel nozzle & hose are stored. Are both of these switches on? if so, do you hear anything like humming from the pump? If not, check your fuse panel for blown fuses. If all the fuses check out OK, time to slide under the coach and check for voltage at the pump. While you're under there make sure the ground wire for the pump is there and properly connected. If there is voltage at the pump most likely the pump has seized (a common problem). You can either replace the whole pump or depending on pump model / MFG you can get replacement gears. Give KZ customer service a call, they might be able to tell you what pump is under there.

My 2016 does not have a second switch inside to turn on the pump. Instead I have to double tap the switch by the fuel gauge (quikly press it on twice). then the pump starts running.
However the "GPI" pumps are known to not start if they have not been used in awhile. The gasoline swells the pump gears and they seize up. I have had to take the gear cover off the pump and carefully sand some material off so the gears could turn without binding.
I now exercise my pump at least once per month. I start the pump and put the nozzle back into the filler neck. I then pull the handle and run the pump for a few minutes.

Good info regarding the switch situation. Yes, the gears swell and seize the pump, good idea to exercise the pump. This is has been an issue forever (pre 2007), you would think a gas resistant gear set would have been developed by 2016.
