On the awning that goes over the back patio there are two legs that can come out from it when fully extended. The feet have two holes in them that I would guess would be to connect them somewhere to provide more support for the awning however I cannot figure out where that might be. Anyone have any ideas? Worse case is I will get some Velcro ties and attach them to the fence that way.
Thanks

I have the same model and have noticed them too. The awning is not like the others with the side supports and shocks to help with a "breeze" so I was thinking it may be support or possibly a loose tie down to help if the wind picks up. I was going to ask the local mobile repair guy the next time I saw him around since I know he works on awnings quite a bit. Especially here in TX wind can come out of nowhere in the spring.
I was told by the dealership that the awning was to be rolled up if the wind was higher than 15mph. I thought I should invest in a handheld Anemometer just to make sure! LOL 15 isn't much and that could be all day here! Guess it depends on the direction

on either side of the glass door, close to the railing are two brackets with a pin that slides up and down. hold the pin up and place the foot of the support in the bracket then let the pin fall to lock, after this is done you can tighten and lock the supports. they are at an angle from edge of awning to waist high at the trailer wall. hope this helps. I have same model.

Seems to me if the awning was fully extended (mine is sitting on the ground right now) the legs didn't reach although partial shade is better than no shade.

I will look again, but do not recall seeing any type of brace/bracket just where the awning is attached at the top.

Our awning did not have the brackets that it was supposed to come with and therefore in a light breeze it flew off like a sail. Didn't know it was supposed to have these brackets till it was repaired by the tech who said it was only held on there by a few molly bolts!!
