In my opinion the local dealer is the key to good service. I have not seen many positive reviews about Camper World, but my small local dealer is really excellent. It pays to patronize local businesses. In the long run you will be way ahead of the game.

After the sliding bedroom door came off the track I installed a 2 by 4 block at the end of the track that prevented it from coming off the overhead track but did not prevent it from still coming out of the floor guide. My spouse came up with a good solution by having me drill a hole in the track at the proper position and screwing in a small eye hook. This did the trick and the door now stops in the right position without coming off the track and still staying in the floor guide.

On our maiden voyage we had no hot water. The hot water tank would get hot but no hot water at any faucet. After consulting the owners manual and finding that there "may" be a bypass valve around the hot water tank which I could not find, I thought maybe this model did not feature the bypass. Finally it dawned on me that the hot water tank sits right under the refrigerator and lo and behold there were the bypass valves both in the bypass position. The owners manual was sadly lacking this important detail. The next issue was the tank was chock full of antifreeze and it took a good half of my fresh water tank to clear the antifreeze. Whoever did the winterizing left me a tank full of antifreeze and the valves on bypass. Since we are boondocking I told the dealer how much water I wasted and he asked "why not just drain the tank?". Duh ... guess I am a little slow at times. It would be helpful if the owners manual had a little more detail specific to your model.

Does anyone know of a source for the layout and measurements of the roof and the things that are on it? I am planning a solar install and would love to not have to crawl up there with a tape measure! Connect 241RLK.
