Bonnie
I agree with you, your dealer should have been more help, but we hear it all the time about how after the sale
the dealer could care less ... As I stated in my PDI list in another folder an thread the dealer should have
UN-winterized your trailer to show you that things worked an then re-winterized your trailer at no expense
to you, but that's water over the dam ... So lets see if we can help you with your problem or steer you in
the right direction to get your problem fix so you can enjoy your trailer ...
Ok saying the above now check to make sure that you have the right settings on your water panel, one switch or
button set wrong could only give you a trickle of water ... Make sure that all your drains under the trailer if you
have such are closed, when winterizing a trailer these drains are left open an thus no water ... Make sure if you
are set for dry camping that you have water in your holding tank ... Also look for a possible valve behind toilet
or inside storage are that might be the line to your toilet, I say this because if you have water everyplace else
but the toilet there is a valve closed someplace ... We have a hidden valve for our dishwasher which is under
the sink, close no water, open all kinds of water, who would have guessed
If dealer won't help look in your manual for Customer Service an call them an state that your dealer
will not help you an can they some steer you in the right direction to fine the problem ... As well there may be
another dealer who customer service can steer you to for help, Kz states if you are away from your selling
dealer over 150 miles the will send you to a dealer who will service/repair your trailer ... As well Kz
customer service has sent mobile repair people to RV sites in some case's to repair/fix a problem under
warranty ....
On the sink leak, check to make sure the fitting that connects the pipe to the sink is tight, your sinck collar
underneath may be loose, if so just tighten with a large set of pliers ...
if still leaking a simple fix is to buy some what is called pipe dope, apply around fitting/collar after removal
an cleaning, re-screw on the fitting/collar by hand till tight an then using a large set of pliers tighten the collar
a bit more ....
Hope this helps, lets us know if any of this helps, there a number of owners here of all types of trailers with
lots of knowledge an experience ...
Safe Travels
