Hey Chuck, hope all is well with you and the sun is shining down on you! Well, I really don't remember the technology when I was younger as we did do quite a bit of outings with my Mom and Dad, but I know there was not any auto leveling. I am grateful for the technology. Mine just works like a charm! I don't think I could ask for anything more except a automatic leak detector that notifies your mobile phone APP, that there has been a leak, but the leak monitor on the Rig has already automatically shut off the water, and activated all the low drains (-: Also includes a complete plumbing diagram showing you approximately where the leak is. Other than not having that technology, I am as happy as can be. Just took the Rig back to storage this morning. I backed it up myself for the 1st time with no help, and my DW was so happy and proud of me. I too was grinning from ear to ear as I had watched some video on backing up that really helped me a lot. It was much easier this time than the time before. I celebrated with a Starbucks Mocha Grande with 2 shots.

LOL Bob Well I have to tell you I have gotten very lazy now with the auto level feature an the awnings that roll out at a touch of a button, even thought I sort of miss the old pull type awnings which were easier to tilt in some ways ... Were it would take me about 20 to 25 minutes to set up now it closer to 10 which makes the DW happier I have to say  but she still ask's "can I get in now whats taking so long " Ugh  Ok on the backing, Good for you on getting it done without any help !!! it will become old hat after a few dozen times LOL  We have our trailer here at home so do not have to worry about storage an I can play with it any time I want which in some case's may be good or bad LOL ... When we start the camping season I like to have everything packed up except for cold types of food an some cloths ... Saying that I have extra Jackets, shirts, pants, blankets, extra batteries, spices, coffee, dog dishes an pillows an bedding etc packed up already thus not having thirty trips to the trailer when loading up for a trip .... If it was up to the DW she would wait till the day before an do such, it's bad enough with the five or six trips with our food an the dogs food along with chargers, computers, an the "OH Honey did you pack etc" Ugh !!! LOL Chuck |
