LOL Edd We just had our car serviced (Rad4) they found field mice in both air filters an it was parked in our garage the whole time unless we drive it ... So far none in the trailer this year, we have two cats, one likes the garage, it's her hunting area, but I guess she is to full of can food to hunt We don't heat trailer so to cold for them in that but garage is allot warmer an of course after car has been run an parked, real warm in such Ugh .... Chuck I have not problem since I posted this.

On the farm we had a couple of barn cats who were very lazy, we had two dogs that were better at mousing an catching rats than the cats ... I have to say that one small dog we had must have had a stock pile someplace back in the woods near us, every time he would catch a rat or mouse you would see him walking down the drive to the woods with what I believe was a smile on his face LOL To bad he is gone now, he was a great dog, small an looked like a coyote but wasn't one, we named him (George) after one of our friends Chuck

Thanks guys for the feedback, always try to do it right the first time. We all know how that goes sometimes. So far the open ended furnace duct behind the wall and the register in the storage area has kept things from freezing but then we don't make a habit of going to colder areas. Some freezing temps at night but warmer during the day. Happy Campin....

Bob
Let me tell you were we live there is plenty of red necks with guns that would love to shot at a drone. I can tell you not all the time but on weekends around here it almost reminds me of being in a war zone with all the gun fire. I don't know what they are shooting at but they sure waste allot of ammo trying to hit what ever they are trying to hit.
Neighbor lady loves to shoot moles an crows an is pretty good at hitting them, scares the dickens out of our Great Dane when she shoots at them, he almost jumps out of his skin Ugh ...
If not the red necks shooting at them, then the eagles an hawks might think they are a tasty treat or the wild lazy cats LOL ...
Safe Travels

Safe Travels Chuck Well Chuck it looks like things can get a little caddywompus out there. Some of them are probably just knee high to a grasshopper. So Don’t go gettin’ your knickers in a knot. Well so much for being happier than a tornado in a trailer park. I gotta guy that lives close to me that is nuttier than a squirrel turd, so I know what you mean. It may be time Chuck to swap spit and hit the road soon, so keep your saddle oiled and your gun greased. Or some might say It’s time to put the chairs in the wagon! Bob (the redneck)

Chuck just in case you were wondering, after I read my post I thought to myself that you might think I am a redneck! Not sure if I made you laugh or got you worried that you hurt my feelings.

Bob I am a redneck from way back, was raised up on a farm part of my life an the other half in Texas around oil fields an cattle ... Drove semi over the road off an on all my life an after i retired from the government I went back to driving semi till I had to retire a few years back do to my heath ... I like blue grass an Texas swing along with old country 60's songs, not much for the new stuff, now the DW is a city gal an like's all the newer music an cletic music, so the radio dial get turned allot LOL ... DW likes gardening, I like grease, old tractors an trucks, the bigger the better I also love old radios an radio transmitters, been playing with them for well over 50 some years an have had my amateur license for as long, so i believe the real radios glow in the dark I felt right at home with Ronc an rvdude at the rally, almost got my part of my Texas accent back being around them. DW always is trying to correct me on my wording of things or how i pronounce a word. After we left the rally she made the comment it's luck we didn't spend an time in Texas other wise she would have to send me back to language school to re-train me ... Safe Travels Chuck

Safe Travels Chuck Well Chuck, there is much more in the description that defines a redneck than driving a semi, listening to old country music and a little twang in the voice. I am an old country fan as well. Played guitar with my Dad who only knew the chords C,F and G and we only played Country music from the 50's and 60's and it is still one of my loves! Dad was an amateur radio op as well "W6NCL". He had been doing it forever and had more friends than jammed packed jail in Houston. Big tower back in the 60's attached to the garage. And then guess what I did in the Navy? Radioman. Yep, still know the morse code, just can't interpret as quickly LOL So, to me, you are a Country Boy, not a redneck! It looks like our definition's differ. We are living in North Houston right now and I have not seen a pair of cowboy boots here in 5 years, except for the Rodeo. Anyway, please forgive me as I sort of put my foot in my mouth! Bob

LOL Bob I didn'y see where you did, but you are forgiven as you know e here are a friendly bunch an not much gets our dander up LOL .., It's all about helping each other out when the time comes ... I worked in high frequency radio stations for the Army as I believe I have stated for close to 20 years an still enjoy letting my fingers do the talking I have a 85ft tower out back of the house with all kinds of aluminum hanging off the top along with a number of dipoles, neighbors get scared when I walk out the back door with any type of wire LOL My call W5KAV come from the 5th call area which Texas is a part of an will keep it till I become a silent key, it's the only part of Texas I won't leave Your right on the good old country boy which some many call a red neck including my wife LOL BTW I still have a set of cowboy boots but haven't wore them in maybe eight or nine years an somewhere along the line I lost my Montana wide brim Stetson ... Ask the wife last year if I could buy another while we were in Montana, she said not only "NO" but "H%^L NO" Ugh, at least I got a baseball cap from there Well checked the trailer today, no mouse's seen, no mouse droppings an no mouse's in the traps, so I guess my eviction noticed ie steel wool worked Yaaaaaaaa Safe travels Chuck
