Witch connection are you looking at, there are three different models  C221BH, C211RBK, C221RD ....

What I see in most of the complaints is KZ customer service non-responsive, in the trailer manual in states
that you should deal with your dealer before you even think about dealing with Kz customer service ...

I have dealt with KZ customer service now twice because my dealer was not responsive to my requests,
they were very helpful an steered me in the right direction ...

I along with a number of other have talked directly with Kz management an they have stated that they
are 150 percent behind their product ... I have seen them personally go out of their way to support
Kz owners under warranty an as well some that we not under warranty ... As stated by them they were
in business to make money, but they will support any owner out of warranty to a point ...

Do Kz make mistakes in trailers yes, every brand makes mistakes an yes you can get a lemon even with
the high class trailers, that's what warranty is all about ... The number one problems is dealers not doing
their job an a good PDI when they receive a trailer from the factory an then try to pass it onto the customer,
thus it then becomes the customers problem not theirs ... If you do a good PDI when buying you trailer before
you sign anything then it's back in the dealer ballpark to repair, replace what was wrong with the trailer or
reject the trailer an send it back to the factory because of such ... As many of us will tell you bad dealer
bad product, good dealer good product ... Do I believe Kz trailers a junk, from what I have seen far from it,
to me they give you the most bang for the buck an work hard to provide a good product ...

Last if you read on allot of the forms, the owners of other brands will bash other bands because they think
their brand is the best an others are not ... I look at build quality, in our G384RLT it built solid an was
thought out from the beginning were to place  furniture, appliance etc ... Even on this form you have
lurkers from other brands that try to tell others that Kz makes junk an don't buy ...

So it all in what you think not others, if a Kz trailer fits you fine, if a Forest River trailer fits you fine
or an Air Stream that's ok to, again it's what you think not others ...

Sadly the RV industry is not regulated. They do not have to give you a quality product.

I worked in the RV industry for about 10 years as a working foreman. Over that 10 year period, the dealership I worked for carried several brands and every manufacturer had issues of one sort or another. Now I am going to be blunt- several times issues I dealt with were customer caused, either thru abuse or unrealistic expectations. Will you see evidence of staples in the walls? Yep. Will the trim work be perfect and without gaps? Nope. This is an RV, not a piano.
Should you have leak free plumbing? Yes. Should everything (appliances, etc.) work as intended? Yes.
Could the RV biz stand better QC? Yes, but unfortunately the manufacturers depend on their dealers to catch and fix far to many things, and it seems that a lot of dealers are dropping the ball. My point here is be realistic, RVs are made by people and people make mistakes.
And plan on fixing things because when it is all said and done an RV is house that experiences a daily earthquake.
Then we have all the internet trolls. There is a huge number of people who get their jollies by creating drama either by posting inflammatory information or flaming a particular manufacturer on a site that supports a particular manufacturer.
