:)We have had our Spree since 2006 and have traveled in excess of 100,000 miles with it. We had a delamination problem last year and made arraignments to take it to the factory. We were given a trailer to use(they delivered a fifth wheel) and we waited for three weeks while almost the entire unit was reskinned and decal ed and whole new roof installed. We were very worried as to the cost and when we were told that it would be covered we almost collapsed. The unit is six years old and we were so taken aback that it was hard to say anything. Needless to say, when we look for a new unit it will by all means be made by KZ. Our hats are off to all we dealt with and the entire organization.

That,s another reason why we are on our second KZ 5th wheel--can't beat the service. Our old one was only 6 years old and we never had any real problems with it but we decided to upgrade to a Stoneridge.

GREAT to hear! We recently purchased a used 2007 Spree and while it's only been sitting in the driveway, we're excited for Spring!!! Thanks so much for sharing!!
